The phrases "female and non-binary" or "women and non-binary" are usually code for "people I perceive as women"

It's generally faux inclusiveness that erases Non-Binary people.
It makes some Non-Binary folk into Women-Lite and actively excludes others like me.
It's very common for groups who use this phrase to aggressively exclude Non-Binary people who are not femme or androgynous. In so doing they erase the identity of those they welcome in as well as that of those they exclude
It's honestly so widely seen as a Red Flag in our community that you will likely have fewer Non-Binary people try to join you if you use it than you would if you didn't
