What a heartfelt series.

A story about moving on after the loss of a loved one, while also a celebration of the human spirit and it's ability to keep moving forward, even after experiencing the most tragic event possible.

I found myself heavily invested in Violet's journey of-
self discovery. Seeing her embracing the reality that the person she loved was gone and facing her survivor's guilt, slowly understanding the concept of basic human emotions, was more than satisfying.
Audio-visual presentation insanely consistent, with some of the most beautiful background art I've personally seen.

Every emotional scene had such a cinematic feel, through it's visuals, but also fantastically composed soundtrack.
I don't know what to say, except that I was
moved multiple times and I can't even listen to the ost without tearing up a bit.

Violet Evergarden is a story about grief, loss, trauma, but also about love and persevearance.
A beautiful series that I'll be gushing over a lot in the future.
