The reason I said yes to this talk was to hear the discussion from within #NeurIPS2020 (at least in this #Preregistration workshop). The big difference being the temptation to work to conference deadlines in comp sci / ML rather than - as Joelle Pineau suggests: to submit your paper when you think you've DONE all the work you think is necessary. #NeurIPS2020
