I was an author of the Student Sex Work Toolkit @sarahditum. Your comments are vile, telling us that Universities have a duty of care to not make us sex work, and that University is a place for 'aspiration and something better'. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000q3gx
These comments are vile and I had to turn off in the end because I couldn't handle the judgement, morality crusade and outright privilege oozing from Sarah.
The toolkit is about safety, and largely written from my own experiences. There is no point denying it happens when students like me were struggling, estranged from family and had no help/support. I feared asking in case of being kicked out of University.
Sarah obviously thinks sex workers can not be better, are not aspirational and it is the lowest of the low. Many student sex workers simply do it to fund their education, and if you have an issue with that, then I suggest you campaign against poverty and higher cost of education.
Regardless of what people think, we deserve to be safe and seek non-judgemental support. Its laughable that Sarah speaks about the dangers of sex work, then slags off the toolkit which aims to improve sex worker safety 🙃
Fucking hell, doing street sex work is less degrading than having to listen to Sarah.
Radical feminists are not feminists, and are quick to tear down other women they see as less desirable or beneath them.
Fuck me these were in fact the words of @janegarvey1 - vile.

Carried on to listen to Sarah's response. Equally as vile.
I dont encourage anyone to become a sex worker, but ill do everything I can to ensure if someone does, they are supported & safe.
Oh lord, she went to an independent school and earns ÂŁ160k a year. Says all you need to know!
