Hello, there are 3 black men that are still on death row. Their names are Pervis Payne, Keith Lamar, and Rocky Myers.

Keith LaMar is a death row prisoner who was wrongfully convicted in the State of Ohio. On November 16, 2023, the State intends to execute him, even though he has maintained his innocence for nearly three decades, all while being held in indefinite solitary confinement.

Rocky myers is a 53 year old man who has an intellectual disability. He was given the death penalty after being convicted only on evidence of a witness who has renounced their claims. the judge went against jury's wishes and sentenced him to death.

#JuliusJones graduated in the top 10% of his high school class & was on an academic scholarship at OU when he was framed 4 murder. The actual shooter confessed 2 others how he set Julius up & he wasn’t even there. But Julius still sits on death row.
