Now is a good time to talk Ahsoka Tano and who she is since she’s made her live action debut on The Mandalorian particularly for those who don’t really take a deep dive in to Star Wars lore and The Mandalorian is the only or one of the only Star Wars properties you’ve watched.
I’m not gonna tell you to watch all the cartoons, but I will tell you that all star wars properties are connected. There isnt a multiverse. They are all apart of the same single timeline. Some of it is old timeline, some of it is current. But its all connected.History means smthg
If anything, you know who Luke Skywalker is, you know Anakin Skywalker is his dad that turned to the Dark Side and became Darth Vader.
You know that Anakin and Obi Wan were like brothers, he mentored Anakin, he was Anakin’s Master during his his Jedi training. A “Padawan”

Being a Padawan basically means you are getting on the job training while earning college credits that culminate in your Jedi degree, to put it into simple terms.
Well just as Anakin was Obi Wan’s Padawan, after Anakin became a full fledged Jedi, to everyone’s surprise, Yoda assigns Anakin a Padawan of his own to help give him focus and responsibility. That Padawan was Ahsoka Tano.
She and Anakin were damn twins in personality. Both smart asses, brash and ready to throw hands. It took him being her mentor to see how he really acted. He didn’t take to her at first but they because closer than siblings. Like he and Obi Wan.
Hey had nicknames for each others. “Snips” because she had a snippy mouth. And “Sky guy” for obvious reasons.
Fast forward, while fighting in the clone wars, she became a commander loved by her squad, went into many battles and saved many lives
However, she never became a Jedi. She left the Jedi order. And Anakin was extremely torn up. Ahsoka was framed for something and Anakin was the only one who believed she didn’t do it and damn near burned everything down to prove her innocence.
After her innocence had been proven, she left after Yoda and friends tried to bring her back in after jailing her and not believing her. She basically said fuck that you shoulda listened to me the first time. And she was right.
She’d been extremely loyal to the Jedi order.
Years later she’d sensed what happened when Anakin went to the Dark Side and refused to believe it until she couldn’t ignore it anymore.
During Star Wars Rebels, she and he sensed each other through force during a space battle. She knew then what she had to do.

During Star Wars episode III she was on assignment on Mandalore helping he Bo Katan secure her homeworld from Darth Maul
Through an emotional battle she actually does fight Darth Vader eventually. Her former master. Not gonna say who won or how it turned out. I don’t wanna spoil that. I can tell you where to find it though and watch it.
But to give you an idea of how gifted she is, she’s fought and went toe to toe with sith inquisitors and 3 major Sith bad asses, Darth Maul, Darth Sidious and Darth Vader.
So given all of these things, When Ahsoka refuses to train Grogu on The Mandalorian because of his attachment, you can understand why. Because Anakin was more attached and anyone. And attachment leads to the Dark Side.
Anakin cared deeply for 3 people. Obi Wan, Padme and Ahsoka. And would burn down the world for them if he needed to.
Its all heavy stuff. Currently on The Mandalorian, she is looking for Grand Admiral Thrawn probably because she wants to find her friend Ezra.

Oh yeah. And the legion of clone troopers she lead as commander, her old squad, she ended up having to fight them too lol very emotional stuff.
