So before this COVID pandemic began scientist were sitting back down science, like spitting in Petri dishes, conducting studies, etc, otherwise minding their own business.

Then out of no where the spot light was on them. Guess what they reacted to the pandemic with a scientific approach without concern to the human population.

AKA CARVERS

CARVERS are conducted when some bad is about to happen, to access the fallout and to identify and mitigate risk. I’m not going to go into the particulars but I will address Effects.
Effect concerns the risk to the population. At the end of the day, the population has to deal with the crisis. So great lengthens of thought go into how a crisis will effect the population day to day left. This is psychologically strategic and calculated.
A ton of ‘If’ & ‘Then’ analysis is conducted either consciously or not for a desire result. An example would be the attacks on 9-11, and Pearl Harbor, Kennedy & MLK assignation, not finding Jimmy Hoffa, Tupac & Biggie, etc.
The more I think about the CARVERS the more I begin to lean towards a more concerted effort for bigger changes to come. For me, the writing is on the wall. For a better understanding I provided a link.

I am a little rusty and do not claim to be an expert, but from the beginning something never felt right. Especially during an election. Which reminded me of something I learned many years ago about UW. Pay attention to page 11. Are we not seeing this?

I may take some flak, but it’s time to get educated. I suppose I need to loosen up my tin foil cap.
I honestly don’t think our liberties will be taken by force or at gun point, but through subtlety and complacency.
