Some quick thoughts on our experience hiring someone during this recession - it was quite different from past experiences.
Firstly - we had over 150 people apply which is quite a lot
We narrowed it down to six candidates. Every single one was excellent 1/ https://twitter.com/Realosophy/status/1323751920268357637

In the past, we would only be seriously interested in hiring 1 or 2 out of the 6 people we interviewed.

Take 5 minutes to write down how great that person was and why they made it to your final round of interviews.
