This is a half-formed notion, but: We talk like the problem with Catholic schools is they fail to teach the faith, where in reality, it's probably more helpful to say they do not practice the faith
There's little point in teaching kids apologetics on the Eucharist or Mary if they don't know how to pray
Particularly in high schools: There is no reason that if we're teaching kids college-level calculus and physics, they shouldn't be learning real theology, and there's next to NO reason they shouldn't be able to navigate a breviary by graduation
How do we teach people to serve God well in others if we do not first teach them to serve Him well in Christian worship?
