Abortion, SSM, election admin should be left to the states, but bc his actual/perceived political opponents didn’t take that position on first two, it’s fair game for his political allies to do the same w third.

But that assessment neglects to understand the fundamental procedural, factual, legal differences between the abortion/SSM lines of cases and the various suits to overturn the 2020 Presidential election by Trump and his allies using SCOTUS’s appellate and original jurisdictions.
