I think knives are the most under-rated kitchen tools ever! A good knife can change the experience completely, and this knife did the job for me.

This year brought with it a lot of experiences - good and bad. As 2020 comes to an end, I just have one overarching emotion - that of gratitude.
We are privileged to be in a spot where we didn't have to go through hardships that several others went through.

I think the biggest purchase of all that I made this year, was the precious time that I got to spend with my family, my students and my followers.
