It's recorded by him, that in 40 yrs living inside the campus, last three years the stray dogs have increased multiple times and have become highly violent, towards humans.

IITM has been granted 'Institute of Eminance' and it's expected more number of foreign faculty and students will come and stay inside the campus.if this dog menace continues this will tarnish the reputation of IITM in international academic community and a bad name to our Nation.

They have presented with an action plan to how to save deers from stray dogs , even the most senile human knows, the only way is to remove stray dogs from inside a reserved forest for deers.
