You don’t want us but want us to continuously come on radio and chats to speak on our trauma. We want to come on and talk about pop culture, film, politics etc just like everyone else gets to! I’m proud of us for getting more confident saying no to opportunities now 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The talent is there. People are applying. People are putting themselves out there. People are working super hard but where are we?!? Falling further and further behind.
We must continue to say no to free work that just exploits our trauma. We must continue to uplift each other! And our allies must continue to support us! Representation matters! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
