One more small rant before I go to bed. The College basketball is a mess - sure games have been played but a shit load have been cancelled. It’s literally the Wild West and there are no common guidelines, if there were we wouldn’t have the plethora of shutdowns that are happening

more and more frequently. The NCAA is always in a hurry to jump on things that don’t matter in the grand scheme of things but in a pandemic that kills an inordinate amount of minorities - nothing. I haven’t studied the makeup of college basketball by race but I’m certain it has

a rather large African American contingent. You would think that would be some sort of impetus for them to do something. With 1 out of every 1000 Black people in this country having already died from COVID you’d think it was important. Yes I’m aware that age, situation and health

plays a part in how severe your experience with COVID can be, you can be otherwise healthy and young and still die. Hundreds of young people have died the majority of them were minorities. So when you chastise coaches for caring make sure you chastise those that don’t as well as

the NCAA who has refused to lead at a time where it’s crucial. All they care about is getting to the tournament no matter what is left in its wake.
