My biggest concern with the Texas lawsuit is redressable injury. The Democrats are going to argue that Texas is not injured by the other four states’ methods of voting.

The important thing to remember is that this is an unprecedented matter that’s never been addressed to the
Supreme court. I do not believe a state has sued another state and argued that the offending state’s fraudulent voting methods have resulted in a constitutional violation to the state that brought the lawsuit.

The Democrats will argue that the four states voting methods
In no way caused direct injury to the state of Texas. However Texas did a good job pointing out redressable injury and arguing that equal protection was violated and their due process rights were violated.
Texas argued that fraud was committed by these states and they intentionally lowered their election standards (including allowing invalid ballots to be counted and valid ballots not to be counted) with the express intent to favor their candidate (Biden) for President and to alter
The outcome of the election. Texas is contending that the states that predicated their voting on fraudulent methods directly impacted Texas citizens choice for president. Once again I believe this is an unprecedented argument but I believe the conservative justices will
ultimately determine these four states acted unconstitutionally and should not be allowed to certify the election when it is predicated on fraud
