The PROMISE/COVENANT was given 430 yrs BEFORE the law, so following the LAW is NOT y u will receive the promise (GAL 3:16-19)

Check OT Scriptures & do the math

Our ppl in the OT were even told of the new covenant brought in by Yahshua because God was trying to explain that it was needed so that we will have His law INSIDE us, so EACH of us can "Know the LORD" DIRECTLY, and so we can be forgiven of our sins (JER 31:29-34)

A new covenant does NOT mean God made a mistake. And it does NOT mean God changed. It was His plan from the beginning

One of the reasons for it was just to show US that we NEEDED it in order to be forgiven & saved. This was the LESSON that we needed to learn

And this isnt license to willfully sin. Paul even said this - ROM 6:1-15

Sin is even MORE than not followin the law. In other words, u can follow the law, but STILL sin. Yahshua even said its what comes from WITHIN that DEFILES (MARK 7:20-23), so even your THOUGHTS can b sin

So:
-The law was never meant to "save" anyone or be why the someone received the TMH God's promise(s)

-The New Covenant was planned before NT times

-Even if follow ALL the law (which is impossible to do in modern times) it doesn't mean you are NOT sinning, or defiling yourself

And this ALL LEADS to YAHSHUA. PERIOD.
