#Trump didn't achieve "full normalization" deal he has touted but
#Biden could get blamed for preventing it from coming true if he doesn't affirm WSahara recognition. 2/3
Much depends on
#Maghreb security in coming weeks; absence of
#Algerian president is worrying. Important, in my view, for
#Morocco to grasp moment to project reconciliation to
#Sahrawis -- eg why not offer a
#Sahrawi leader to serve as wali of promised autonomous region? 3/3
