Today, a friend I knew in high school and haven't seen since sent me a message on Facebook. I know she has had at least one heart attack, one or more open heart surgeries. Her doctor (YAY!) told her she must stop smoking and suggested vaping, as it is MUCH better.
She knew I was the "vaping guy" and she knows little about it so she asked me for help. I spent an hour of my workday looking at websites where I shop for products, prices, everything that I wanted to recommend for her. I don't know how savvy she is at navigating it all.
It can get complicated and overwhelming for a newbie which leads to discouragement or the thought that "I tried vaping, but wasn't for me."
I created a document, carefully navigating the site, how to find the products (got to have AT LEAST two), how to link to additional needed, additional replacement parts and liquids with every detail as possible to make it as easy as possible.
I applaud her heart doctor! I applaud her for making the switch and coming to me for help and I did my best to make it as easy, affordable and seamless as possible so she can improve her health and stay on this earth longer than she would otherwise.
In midst of a long, tension-filled week, it was a blessing for me and makes me so damn happy.
