3) under every requirement, i am constantly linking to things i do or conversations i have that can support that I have met this item. i will link to conversations in public channels if it shows i satisfy one of the requirements. provide as much concrete evidence. (3/3)
i want to add that a lot of unconscious bias plays into work visibility, so i try to do what i can to protect myself and keep things as objective as possible.
