I think a bit of a problem on here is that people treat teens as if they should never ever look at porn and they act as if that is why there's the nsfw disclaimer on nsfw accounts

When really you will never stop a teen from looking for porn if they chose to
The difference is when a teen reads pirated erotic comics/watches porn videos/plays erotic flash games for a laugh that is a thing they do on their own usually with minimal interaction with strangers on the internet>
While on social media teen's interacting/posting about nsfw content may put them in harms way

The interaction is key to this difference
A Lot of teens want to look at porn

A lot will also try their hand at making erotic writing/drawings

And this isn't the problem

The problem is when something that should happen in a safe environment, ideally in their own private offline space(in case of creation)>
Ends up on the very public place that is social media

Because we (slightly older people raised on the internet) may believe our parents exaggerated when they warned us of predators online but you can Never be too safe
There are a million places to look for porn/erotica both online and offline, and while porn is a bit of a mixed bag, stopping teens from ever looking for it until they turn 18 is both unrealistic and unreasonable
Listen I have been a teen that actively sought out porn and tried to make my own(drawn and written)

I never posted anything (thank God) but that's only because I didn't have social medias where I could post it without anyone I knew irl finding out
It needs to be made tremendously clear that keeping underage teenagers from posting/sharing/interacting with nsfw content on socials like tumblr and twitter is for their own safety

These sites aren't like your fb account with only your friends and family>
They are like an enormous plaza where Anyone, no matter how careful you are, can find you and be hiding behind their screen name

And you never know if you are going to be targeted
