Hey twitter! Let's talk self photography and small spaces! As most of you guys know, I take my own photos but people seem to think I have large spaces to do so!

In this thread, let's break down my photography spaces, sets, and final photos!

And let's start at the beginning
This is the layout of my first Apt! around 900sqft with a balcony and large sliding door in the kitchen!

I used the Kitchen, bottom left, for shoots that weren't boudoir! those were in the bedroom, bottom right!
This is a good idea of my first kitchen space! (yes it had carpet)
The time lapse is me making my Bridal Super Sonico Set!
And a view of the other side of the camera!
These are other sets I've done in the SAME space.

My sets work within 7ft backdrop and as much floor space as I could clear at this time!

Moving on to my current APT! This has 1100sqft BUT majority isn't usable space! It's very narrow and is like a race car track!

Mid left galley kitchen, bot left living room, bot right bedroom, mid right jack n' jill bathroom. entire right and window wall is brick
The living room is where I shoot cosplay mostly! about a 10x18ft space.
Mai and the gym doggo were taken on the short top wall of the living room! I had to move a PC to use the space. Cammie was taken on the right wall and I had to move my couch

On the left you can see I didn't move the PC for this shoot and on the right I'm taking up hallway space so I can't leave that way!

As you can see, my compositions are very TIGHT! I'm working within a 5x7" shooting space 85% of the time. So majority of my posing is portrait, sitting, or kneeling.

I have NO ROOM for full body portraits due to space and the lens I shoot with. Sony A7iii 50mm lens

Yea exposed brick is sexy and aesthetic until you go to bed and there's brick pieces in your sheets. OOF MY SKIN
