This is a quote I love so much, it has a very somber and brutal meaning to it.
I picked a photo of some German soldiers, knowing full well the war will be lost and they still persisted.
Was it bravery? I don't think so, just inertia.

There are moments in your life where you persist in a dead end job, a dead end relationship, in a dead end marriage
Why don't you change? Simple, you don't know any other alternative, you don't know if it either exists in the first place

Can you conquer it? I don't know, you can at times and you will, but it hardly gets any easier even if you do manage to conquer it previously.

Simple, just pick a road and don't look back.
Sometimes the best way to deal with the darkness, it to just ignore it.
If you deal with it, it will overcome you.
Accept it's there and continue, nothing more
