12:01 a.m. Monday, Virginia will be in a modified "stay-at-home" order. Gov. Ralph Northam asks residents to stay home between midnight and 5 a.m.
Will last until Jan. 31, 2021. Northam says it could be extended depending on COVID numbers next month.
Says enforcement will be "stepped up."
Not about getting people "in trouble," Northam says. "But about doing the right thing."
Does not change anything about schools, colleges and universities.

Rockingham County reported 76 new COVID-19 cases and three additional hospitalizations today, bringing total cases to 2,743 and total hospitalized to 174.
The county's 7-day average: 55.14 - the highest so far.
Harrisonburg reported 47 new COVID-19 cases
Northam says he's "asking" Virginians to follow the curfew.
