12:01 a.m. Monday, Virginia will be in a modified "stay-at-home" order. Gov. Ralph Northam asks residents to stay home between midnight and 5 a.m.
Will last until Jan. 31, 2021. Northam says it could be extended depending on COVID numbers next month.
Says enforcement will be "stepped up."
