Publicists exist in abundance and plurality because a fool and his/her/their money are soon parted.
Publicists are not scammers, but they know your chances. They know conversion rates and media landscape well enough to recognize when they’re taking on a client solely for a check

Do yourself a favor a stop worrying about press and publicity and focus on your damn music. Because the majority of you who hit me up about placements aren’t putting in the work as artists. You’re not investing in mixing and mastering and production and YOURSELF.
