Trump and many others told them the election laws and new deadlines state governors, secretaries of state & state courts were imposing just before the election while blacklisting their state legislatures were unconstitutional.

THEY CAN'T SAY THEY WEREN'T WARNED.
State elections and elections for federal office are not the same thing.

A state **could** pass a law that says the governor can make new **state** election deadlines or laws.

They can't do that for an **election for federal office**, however.
States actually don't have the authority to write new laws at the state level dictating how a federal election is to be conducted.

The Constitution lays out how an election for federal office is to be conducted, and states have to follow that outline.
That's what the TX lawsuit is about.

By holding unconstitutional elections for federal offices, these states ensured the 'right' candidates won the races by changing deadlines & stretching Election Day into "Election Week" to gain time to find the right # of votes.
Democrats are fine with election fraud.

Always have been. They don't see it as a problem & will snidely gaslight you about it.

That grinning prick on the left is Gil Cisneros. That's Young Kim on the right.

Took a week to erase her 14 pt lead.

They've been gaming the federal elections for years. They've been allowed to get away with it.

That all ends now.

Cry louder, losers.
