USDA regulations: written to shut people up after The Jungle in the 1910s. We barely knew what bacteria were. Built on vague wiggle words like "filth" & "unwholesome"

I feel like a lot of people find meat regulations frustrating bc they're "long & jargony" & I find them frustrating because they read like they were written by The Dude
got to the part of the USDA meat plant regulations that are more concrete
