Happy Hannukah! When it's not on fire I'm going to be spending the next few days trying to turn my Menorah into an almond tree of life with these little glass leaf beads, Czech glass almond nuts, and shell blossom flowers #Hannukah #Hannukah2020

This is my third attempt in as many years, but I have a twiggy Menorah which looks the part and think I have a decent plan now for how the make my cool idea actually physically work:

Going to drill holes where the blu-tack marks the spot and loop some long pieces of the thickest wire up through the base.... bend it however, and when it gets to the top I'll loop it through the rings I've bent into place there.

A tree/tree of life just spoke to me, and then I saw an awesome thread from a Rabbi about the significance of almond trees - from the burning bush to the stick Aaron puts in the ground which blooms flowers. So... blossoms and nuts too
