A condition of this normalization is the U.S. recognizing Morocco's claim to the disputed Western Sahara. That has implications elsewhere, not all of them good.
More specific to Israel, the largest group of Jewish refugees from an Arab country that fled to Israel came from Morocco.

Now they and their descendents will be able to visit more freely. No doubt Israelis of Moroccan heritage are celebrating today.
The old consensus on land for regional integration is nearly dead. The final nail in the coffin will come from Saudi Arabia, which was the first to propose that arrangement.
Israel and these Arab states are getting a great deal out of this. Having American allies in the region enjoying trade and diplomatic relations is good.

But most of the concessions Trump is making only make sense if the U.S. wishes to be organizing an anti-Iran coalition.
Is it good to undermine norms about borders in the West Bank and Western Sahara, which can be used as precedents by, say, Russia or China? There are reasons to be skeptical.

America has global interests and organizing this way presents the country with unpleasant trade offs.
