2) How is the vaccine efficacy across age, gender, race, and country subgroups? Very similar!
3) Technically, the 52% dose 1 efficacy comes from days 0-21. But if we zoom in on the early day, and just look at the efficacy starting around day 10, the efficacy from days 10-21 are likely higher if we exclude the early immunity-building time. So what if just 1 dose many ask?
4) this 1-dose is good question. @ScottGottliebMD thinks that if we have 40 million doses, we shouldn’t withhold half, but that we should just roll out 35 mil for everyone now.

@ArthurCaplan also agrees. We should 1-dose vaccinate as many as possible.
