Following the instruction from your conscious mind, it internalizes things to help program your identity, your mind.

This is a powerful evolutionary tool.

Look at the animals.

Inborn with their predatory instincts.

They just know.

This is significant in the digital age. We are pummelled with a massive stream of stimuli daily.

Our brains are old, we are yet to fully adapt to our fast-growing technical prowess.

Old brains, new tech.

That isn't to say we're incompatible with technology. We just have to learn more about how we work.

Whether you know it or not, throughout the day you are having thousands of thoughts.

Many of them are repeated.

You're walking through life unconsciously repeating thoughts that you aren't even aware of.

How dangerous is that?

To internalize something that of which you have 0 awareness of.

This is where you need to fight back, and take control.

For thoughts that are typically fleeting, to be integrated, they must be repeated over-and-over again to increase the likelihood of complete integration.

Hence, the use of affirmations.

Repition ➡️ Familiarity ➡️ Integration

How do we align our programming with our goals, and wants out of this life?

Here is one way.

1️⃣Start by visualizing your success. This should be an image or perception of what you want to achieve.

Get specific.

- Family
- Money
- House
- Influence

2️⃣ Write down your goal and all the related objectives.

You might not know this, but simply writing down these goals triggers the subconscious mind to start thinking up ways of achieving them.

3️⃣Set a time limit.

There is no better motivator than urgency.

4️⃣Repeat it to yourself daily.

Read it day and night.

Create an audio recording of it. Add epic music to evoke that inspirational feeling.
