Learn FB Ads (binge content from Admission @CommnThreadCo)
Improve Product Description Page - increase clarity, focus on CRO, make easier to purchase product.
Start w/small daily FB budgets, scale up to $1300/day at 4x ROAS

3/
Identify skill set limitations — find experts to scale out the campaigns, Homestead Studios/ @zachmstuck
Build out and improve all email automations — onboarding, post-purchase, abandoned cart, etc

4/
Prepare operationally - invest in inventory to prepare for increased demand. ie purchase of 40k units (4x the amount they’d sold up to that point
)
Collect email addresses on LP’s for paid traffic (a missed opportunity that was not done prior)

5/
Targeting the right audience for the product - similar products target a different audience w/different offer (ie personal alarm for bear attacks vs. sexual assaults)
Diversify acquisition channels - 80% of ad spend is on FB. experiment w/Snap, TikTok, podcasts etc

6/
