The time I was part of an exec team trying to build a partnership with @Airbnb. I saw two different work styles play out.

The other talked to think.

One leader asked his team for input.
The other told his team what to do.
One leader came to listen.
The other came to declare.

One leader came to partner.
The other came to dominate.
One leader was humble.
The other was brash.

One of these leaders is celebrating today.
The other is not.
Leaders and their work style matter. We often celebrate the bold and look past the humble. Congrats to @Airbnb and @bchesky on the success today. You deserve it.
