AND...
also worth noting that although Jenna Ellis and Rudy promised a trip to SCOTUS after that devastating Third Circuit loss in another PA case, they never filed a cert petition or any request for emergency relief. They didn't even TRY after that J. Bibas opinion.
In the end Rudy and Jenna made a lot of money, helped Trump raise a lot of money for a post-presidential leadership PAC slush fund, and helped delegitimize the election in the eyes of millions of Trump supporters, without a single legal victory.
