The Supreme Court will now establish precedent with this Texas case for all 50 states as to how federal elections must be conducted in compliance with the Constitution.

This coming Supreme Court ruling & the precedent it will establish will take away from Democrats their unconstitutional practices of “finding” new votes by having governors, state courts and secretaries of states shift deadlines later and later after the day of the election.

The actual text of the Constitution is clear. It's the state legislatures that write the election laws, including those establishing the deadlines for counting votes.

In fact, governors & sec. states made it **extremely clear** they were doing an end run around their own state legislatures & quickly rewriting or even making new election laws & deadlines before the 2020 election.
Six of these states that quickly rewrote their election laws while cutting out the state legislatures also just happen to stop counting votes at the same time on election night, then had massive vote dumps for Biden overnight.

Understand what makes the TX case so powerful: they don't even have to PROVE a single specific instance of fraud.
They just have to prove that these elections for **federal office** did not follow the Constitution.
