For #TargetedIndividuals, this thread is going to be a step by step guide for how I learned to harness my own bioscalar energy against Directed Energy Weapons. It may take a while to finis the thread. So stay tuned to it.

First, I’ll give some background about myself to open 1/
the discussion. My problems with adverse energy started when I was working on a PhD. My background is in communication, with plenty of psychology background as well.

So I already knew some mindfulness basics, like noticing thoughts, emotions, moods, and feelings. I knew that 2/
mindfulness meditation made it possible to distance from those phenomena of the conscious mind, but wasn’t much of a practicer yet.

After my first mental illness episode, I had a therapist get me to apply meditation more. I know it can be hard to sit still and try to still 3/
the mind. However, it is a necessary skill to learn.

The next big breakthrough in my healing and ability to detect/deflect unwanted energy came from a form of therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy. It basically teaches people to categorize mental experiences 4/
In a grid like fashion. See picture below. Practicing this let’s you help slow down your thoughts and emotions. It helps create detachment and acceptance. So that negative thoughts and emotions cannot take total control of your brain and body. Once you get practice with 5/
with acceptance of what is going on, you can shift to thinking about how to direct your mental energy more productively. Directed energy weapons rely on you hyper focusing on them and enabling more negative emotion.

So accept the energy and learn to redirect it to better 6/
thoughts/energy practices (yoga, tai chi, etc.).

Once I was doing this, I remembered something vital about emotions and related experiences. Emotions are supposed to serve a purpose and when they are overwhelming, it happens for a variety of reasons. However, emotions are 7/
linked to the same brain regions as determining voluntary/involuntary control over your body. The easiest way to take back control over this is breathing and reminding your body that as long as you control your breathing, you control other emotional responses.

Learn to feel 8/
the safety, contentment, stress, and detachment mechanisms by breathing in a controlled 4 inhale, 4 hold, 4 exhale, 4 hold, repeat pattern.

This will help you feel safe during an emotional episode, a flashback, or a directed energy attack. Once you feel safe, you can 9/
harness the directed energy for positive purposes. You’re essentially creating a force field that the energy has to pass through which flips the orientation of the energy from negative to positive.

You’ll start to feel adrenaline rushes instead of panic. You’ll feel 10/
goosebumps of an excited manner, instead of the dreadful hair raising feeling that is a sign of the negative attacks.

I’m going to have to pause here for now, while I consider what else to share. 11/
Learning yoga and martial arts have also helped me integrate energy in useful patterns, to teach my body to absorb helpful energy and deflect harmful energy. I also use music and dance to create, absorb, and deflect energy vibrations/frequencies.

Ultimately my yoga and 12/
and meditation practices brought me too learning about Qi/chi and the chakra systems.

I’ll answer questions if anyone has them, but this seems like a good ending point for discussing my journey and the skills/tools picked up along the way.
