I keep thinking of my work which says that women got political inclusion when organizations filled with men AND women members demanded it.

Where are the “not just women” organizations on this? 🦗🦗🦗
(There are reasons for that, including the decline of organizations, generally. But on a personal level I am extremely disappointed with my own profession’s organizations.)
