Armenian propaganda machine tried to present the reality during the last weeks as if it is only Azerbaijani soldiers committed war crimes in this second Karabakh war. No such crimes can be justified, no matter who commits them. /1
Many Western/Russian journalists and experts as always conveniently fell victims of very powerful global Armenian propaganda machine again. /2
I want to thank Amnesty International that has published today findings of its initial investigation explaining that war crimes have been committed by both sides and all war crimes must be investigated and perpetrators must be punished and brought to justice on both sides. /3
Now Armenian authorities must launch official investigations into these allegations like Azerbaijani authorities already did. /4
All Armenian, Western, Russian human rights activists, journalists, politicians, experts, public figures who will not express their concerns, demand official investigation also from Armenian authorities now have no credibility, /5
no moral right even to participate in this global discussion about importance of prosecution of all war criminals on all sides. /6
Because when you are concerned or talk about this only one-sidedly, then you become willingly or unintentionally the tool of propaganda of one of the sides and help to spread hatred and violence instead of contributing to justice, reconciliation and peace. /7
