We have been discussion how we want to contribute to things at Red House. There’s a number of factors to consider. As our group evolves, grows, and we connect more with other AGs, what we’re able to do (and what we want to do) will likely change.

There’s a routine and pretty consistent Chud presence. We wouldn’t be providing particularly useful information sending out an alert for every Chud we see, and it would be excessive. We also don’t want to distract from the purpose of eviction defense.
We are there to protect Red House and our community, not fight Chuds. Of course we will have to protect ourselves because they’re violent and seek violence. But we are not them and we will not center them. This isn’t about them.
This alert system was created in an attempt to keep our communities safe. The blockade is inherently unsafe. Always assume Chuds are fucking around nearby. If there is important and confirmed intel that we think will benefit the community to know, then we will broadcast it. 3/

1) Developing patterns or tactics (including how heavy of a presence there is)
2) An increased threat or an attack.
3) Infiltration. We absolutely will avoid Chud jacketing people. They have to say something to give it away or refuse to leave when asked or something.

Our capacity is pretty limited at the moment. We only have a few admins and there’s complicating factors. admin has a terrible memory, is physically vulnerable, and has vision problems. We need to focus on our own safety and comrades near us first and foremost.

Chuds are going to Chud. We only want to focus on information that will be valuable and effective at keeping everyone safe. This has always been the goal, but with an encampment the game has changed (so to speak).
