Watch today’s hearing, where members of the Georgia House will be hearing from a number of people about the November 3 election. https://twitter.com/gahousehub/status/1337021563657449476
One of the first people set to speak at this House hearing it looks like is Ray Smith, an attorney representing Lin Wood and the Trump campaign, who has yet to convince any judge that there is evidence of election fraud - or that they have filed proper lawsuits.
Chairman Shaw Blackmon: “And just as a reminder, we're not in a courtroom - no one is on trial here, aside from the integrity of our elections. But it's clear something went wrong.”
Majority Leader Burns says over 100 lawmakers and lawmakers-elect sent a letter asking for two rules to be implemented ahead of 1/5 runoffs:

One allow partisan monitors observe+be able to challenge absentee signatures, and another to work with local govs to have more staffing.
It looks like potentially J. Christian Adams and Matt Braynard will just be testifying without talking questions from lawmakers.

That’s not a good thing - the House is just allowing supposed experts to speak in a public forum unchecked.

That’s not a sign of good faith.
Adams is now currently lying to lawmakers about absentee ballots and how they work/what problems they may cause. For example, you can spoil an absentee ballot if there are problems with it – and people do all the time.
Now he is suggesting that Georgia should get rid of the rollover list for voters that are older than 65, disabled, or military and overseas. That rollover list skews Republican.
Wait this is so hilarious. These recommendations from J. Christian Adams for what Georgia should do includes several things that Georgia already does. Like absentee ballots must be returned on Election Day.
"Dead people didn't vote in Georgia," Rep. Scott Turner (R-Holly Springs) says, pushing back on some of the claims about alleged voter fraud in Georgia. "If you're going to make these suggestions, I would ask that we focus on the real problem areas."
An important thing J. Christian Adams did say re: audits.

"It takes years. It takes enormous amounts of energy and time and manpower. I just don't want anyone to think that you can just start looking at a couple of documents statewide and reach many conclusions very quickly."
Up now is Matt Braynard, whose various datasets in lawsuits have been dinged by experts as failing to adhere to basic statistical survey methods and for containing faulty/not clean data.
It took me five minutes of googling and phone calling to determine his "out of state" voter data is wrong at worst and merits more examination at best.

These first few contain one duplicate and 4 people who live in GA - including 3 strong Republicans. https://twitter.com/stphnfwlr/status/1336441102283530242?s=20
If you're a member of the House Governmental Affairs committee - ask Matt Braynard if he contacted any voters or conducted checks to make sure they're not mistakenly on there/are actually out of state.

Because the limited research I've done suggests not https://twitter.com/stphnfwlr/status/1337051149929754626?s=20
Welp. Rep. Bee Nguyen is now telling Braynard she found duplicates in list he says he cleaned up and found errors with data.

Of the first 10 "out of state" voters she checked, she found 8 people that still live in GA, including talking to 1 who still/always lived here. #gapol
Nguyen is now pointing out what I noted the other day, many so-called "PO Box" voters are in condos/apartments.

She contacted 2 people she knows that live there and found 120+ people who allegedly voted fraudulently that didn't.

So much for this data! https://twitter.com/stphnfwlr/status/1337056198756081664?s=20
Braynard's data is being eviscerated by a state lawmaker who just used Google and phone calls and common sense.

She drove to a constituent's house to confirm residency!

This is the "bombshell" evidence the Trump campaign and GAGOP are relying on! https://twitter.com/stphnfwlr/status/1337056810184880132?s=20
Braynard's response: "First of all, I actually want to thank you for helping raise issues to help validate the data."

But - this is in sworn affidavit in a lawsuit trying to overturn 5 million votes in Georgia.

So the marquee evidence in this case has not been validated.
