Our campaign has made significant progress over the last year including the ASA stating for the first time in its annual report that “political advertising must be regulated” and the House of Lords

Democracy and Digital Technology Committee (that we gave evidence to) recommending all the points we’ve been advocating. Included in the recommendations was a “code of practice for political advertising, along with appropriate sanctions, that restricts fundamentally inaccurate
advertising”.
