No. You are going to have to go far more in depth before you can even stand a chance of blaming "drug overdoses" on any so-called lockdown in the USA. Observe the graph I attach, which shows OD deaths in a steady climb since 2000.

Not only must you prove any link at all with so-called lockdowns, @bartholomewtali, you're going to have to separate that from suicide deaths caused by loss of access to pain-killing prescription opioids, & thus OD on illegal fentanyl analogs, oh, and a hundred other factors.
Oh look, drug OD deaths have shown a marked huge rise **since 2014**, repeat 2014, in British Columbia, Canada. You were saying? No connection to so-called lockdowns apparent at all.
