like we are calling very many plays, just trying to go through the actions and teach players reads that way. Wonder if the way to build more trust may be to call more specifics, tell them when to hit the back cut, high-low, slip screen, etc. As seen last year this offense

can be beautiful and we've seen glimmers of that so far but not much consistency. Perhaps there's a better balance to be struck between pre defining the action and letting the players figure it out. Then you start to call less and less pre defined looks as the players get

more comfortable with the reads. It's always a tough nut to crack to fix an offense that's not clicking but the thing I am most confident in is that this staff has got what it takes to make things work.
