NEW: Wisconsin Kraken is dismissed.

"Federal judges do not appoint the president in this country. One wonders why the plaintiffs came to federal court and asked a federal judge to do so." https://www.democracydocket.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/45/2020/12/2020-12-09-Order-Dismissing-Case-dckt-83_0.pdf
Some of these comments are withering.

Here on standing for the voter-plaintiff (who they forgot to allege in the complaint had actually voted in this election).
"The Court is stymied by . . . "
If you've been following along my twitter feed the past few weeks, you won't be surprised that the Court is like "Bush v. Gore wut?"
So that's standing. Then the court turns to mootness.

You asked for an order to stop counting after counting was finished and to stop certification after certification occurred. NOPE
Oh dear sweet Lord.

"plaintiff seems to have made up the “quote” in his brief that purports to be from Swaffer"
I'm gonna hit that one twice:

"The court has read page 4 of Swaffer—a decision by this court’s colleague, Judge J.P. Stadtmueller—three times and cannot find these words."

So embarrassing.
Unlike the other courts, this decision in the Wisconsin kraken does not rule on abstention or laches. And unlike Judge Humetewa earlier today, Judge Pepper does not rule on the sufficiency of the complaint.
So that's the general contours of the latest Kraken news. Sidney Powell is zero for four on these.

Judge Pepper seems annoyed by the bad pleading and argument, and you can tell from the first word when she starts the court's decision by noting THE VERY MINUTE plaintiff's filed.
