Take on everything the Broncos are so darn close to being a super competitive team, PLAYOFF team.
If Drew takes a step in the right direction, they are that and more. Then if he continues to develop you have a competitive franchise for the next 5 years.

who doesn’t fit what Shurmur does, the only thing you can do is fire the staff and rebuild as a whole.
Not to mention with Von’s window closing and other needs we can address in the first round. I just don’t see it being a smart decision.
