Patrick Ho and CEFC. The 19% shares sale of Rosneft to Glencore in Dec 2016 that led to Tony Bobulinski's company created for CEFC to buy shares from that sale. Ho's arrest for bribery broke down the CEFC acquisition.

Once I realized that if you switch Trumps name out for Biden and/or Hillary in the dossier, things made more sense. Trump had very little dealings in China.

I can’t wrap my head around it but it appears Biden’s foundation law firm (Bob Bauer and Perkins Coie) used a mish mash of stuff to affect the sale of Rosneft to Glencore in 2016 and somehow CEFC/China later used Biden connect to get Rosneft shares in 2017.

I say affect the sale, more like they used Carter Page by making up a meeting and whatever he did in December there as an excuse to stick their IC nose in the process in order to keep tabs. Not Trump collusion BS related. Not law enforcement. Foreign policy related spying.
