In light of all the hype surrounding the release of the COVID vaccine via big pharma companies like Merck and AstraZeneca, I felt like it was an appropriate time to do a dig into vaccines in general,
legislation enacted to protect manufacturers, the potential political leanings of those manufacturers, and the neurological consequences and adverse reactions, particularly in children.
On Oct 14th 1986, the House implemented the National Childhood Injury Act, a bill introduced by rep Henry A Waxman, a Democrat who represented California’s 24’th district.
Even more importantly, Subtitle 2 established the ‘National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program’ as an alternative remedy to judicial action for specified vaccine injuries,
thus keeping people in the dark, unaware of the associated risks and alleviating the undermining of the public’s faith in vaccines.
According to Dr William Schaffner, a professor of preventative medicine at Vanderbilt University of Medicine, “the creation of the VICP saved the vaccine industry in the US”
A government bailout of sorts.
With regard to the VICP, 2/3rds of the petitioners are turned away, which counteracts the original mandate, which is this - assuming an injury or harm was caused by a vaccine unless there is a more plausible explanation. https://www.fairwarning.org/2018/12/vaccine-court-pays-billions/
I will interject my professional opinion here – it is absolutely no coincidence that otherwise and previously healthy children are suddenly stricken with neurological symptoms, with many presenting with seizures and the hallmark signs of Autism.
For those afflicted the worst, death occurred.
A Feb 2011 ruling, from the Supreme Court in the case Bruesewitz et. al vs Wyeth LLC, FKA Wyeth Inc. et. al, issued a further slap in the face to those dealing with the adverse effects of vaccinations.
Justice Antonin Scalia wrote that the “National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act created a no-fault compensation to stabilize the vaccine market adversely effected by an increase in vaccine tort related litigation and
to facilitate compensation to claimants who found pursuing legitimate vaccine-related injuries too costly and difficult”
He went on to state that “as a quid pro quo, manufacturers enjoy significant tort liability protections. Most importantly, the Act eliminates manufacturer liability for vaccines unavoidable adverse side effects.”
In essence, big Pharma was rendered untouchable, and children like Hanna Bruesewitz were abandoned in favor of lobbyists seeking to line their own pockets.
So lets take a look at who benefits the most from lobbyists who pose as guardians against disease.

Its obvious that any minimal donations to Republican campaigns were for the purpose of saying that they donate to both sides only.
An alarming thing to be aware of is that the new COVID vaccines are EXEMPT from the NCVIA, so that leaves those who experience serious adverse effects to depend on the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which has only paid out roughly 3 dozen claims over the past decade
Another interesting side note is that we appear to be having an unprecedented lack of flu cases in 2020.
Unfortunately, as a nurse, I have seen severe reactions to this year’s flu vaccine, patients presenting with severe respiratory distress, and later dying after being airlifted to a high level of care.
The purpose of this thread is to equip people with the necessary information to educate those who are still in the dark about the effects of vaccines.
Children have no choice or say so, so it up to parents to make informed decisions, and to be aware that it well within their rights to decline.
Please share and RT to get this information out to as many people as possible, so that all may be armed with good information to make informed choices.
