5/9 It's imperative for @ChuckTCBC to acknowledge that #advertorials specifically masquerade as news instead of traditional visual ads, because they purposely behave as #FakeNews in the effort to trick readers that if a journalist wrote it, even from the ad dept, it must be true
6/9 No matter what Tait & @ChuckTCBC say to reassure us, publishing #advertorials, that are specifically written to look like news articles, borrows from the hard-earned reputations of every @CBCNews journalist to advance the plight of #FakeNews & destroy faith in #CDNmedia
