In 2019, PA's legislature set the deadline to receive mail-in ballots at 8:00 PM on Election Day.
Pennsylvania's SC in Democratic Party v. Boockvar extended that deadline to 3 days & adopted a presumption that even non-postmarked ballots were timely.
