Much of the new language on things like rules of origin, quotas, etc. expire in three years.
While there is no sunset clause in the deal per se, this gives both sides a reason to work hard towards a bespoke bilateral deal by 2024.
There's been a mention of a side letter also on beef - but I see no side letter on beef on the GAC website.
