She didn't mention that, as I noted at the start of this tweet, the fellow cited as the source was a Trump contributor. By the way, there is no analytical back-up in the filing for this nutty number. Actually what happened with the election is what many, many people predicted.
By the way, 17 states have signed on to support the Texas lawsuit with this bogus statistic. Yes, one-third of US states now officially support overturning the election in swing states so Trump can retain power. This is a dangerous attack on democracy, even if absurd.
